Our clients, a well-known Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer to join their team in North West London.
This position would suit an existing Sales Valuer or an individual with experience as a Sales Negotiator in Estate Agency, looking to progress their career.
The requirements for the role of a Sales Valuer:
- A driven individual
- A strong track record in the industry
- Offer excellent customer service
- Has the ability to close for business.
Key duties of a Sales Valuer include, but will not be limited to:
- Attending Valuations
- Providing market value
- Selling the services of our clients
- Closing for business
- Gaining Instructions
- Full Time – Monday – Friday, Saturdays (On a rota basis)
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Valuer the following salary:
- £18,000 - £25,000 Basic
- Up to £45,000 OTE
- Company Car/Allowance
