Are you an experienced Sales Valuer who's looking for the ability to work from home?
Our clients, a well known Estate Agency brand, are currently looking for such an individual to join their team as a Sales Valuer in the Doncaster area.
While this position will be working from home, you may sometimes be required to work out of one of our client's multiple branches in the surrounding areas.
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Valuing Properties
- Securing Instructions
- Booking 1st appointments for Mortgage Advisors
- Canvassing for new business
To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer you must have the following:
- Proven experience working as a Sales Valuer
- Ability to demonstrate a strong track record of success within estate agency
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Interpersonal skills
- Believe in providing top-quality customer service
- Able to close for business
- Full UK driving licence
In return, our clients are paying a basic salary of £18,000 – £22,000 with on-target earnings £45,000 and company car
