Our clients, a well-established Property company in Manchester are seeking a Sales Valuer to join their team.
Our clients predominantly deal in selling to investors and are seeking:
- A strong valuer with excellent knowledge of the property market
- Some understanding of the Lettings market
- A driven individual to carry out valuations and gain instructions for the market.
- A driving Licence is essential for this position.
The successful Sales Valuer must be:
- Driven
- Career-minded
- Customer Focused
Salary/Package:
- Basic £18000 - £20000
- £30,000 OTE
- A % of the exchanged pipeline
- Commission is available from day 1 of employment.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9.30 am – 6 pm
- Occasional Saturdays
