Are you an experienced Estate Agent with strong Valuing experience, seeking an employed Home-based role?
If so, we have a superb opportunity in Newcastle along with other areas in Tyne & Wear, for a home-based Sales Valuer to join our clients established Estate Agency
The role is purely home-based, providing virtual valuations, with leads provided on a daily basis. Our clients are seeking a driven individual who can offer excellent customer service, build a rapport, and close for business. Once the instruction is secured, the property will be passed to the onboarding team, sales team and subsequently the sales progression department, therefore the key to this role is purely gaining the instruction.
The position will require an experienced Sales Valuer:
- Who is self-motivated
- Has excellent knowledge of the local market
Salary/Package:
- Basic £20,000
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000
- Excellent tiered commission structure
- Ongoing Training and Support
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
