Our client is offering an extremely exciting role as a Senior Branch Manager to join their highly successful office in the Stockport area. This role comes with a very generous salary and is perfect for someone that is highly motivated to hit targets and develop. Our client is looking for an experienced valuer or a branch manager with a strong background in listings.
The Senior Branch Manager's duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Increasing sales
- Managing the team
- Organising the office, coordinating rotas and diaries
- Maximising all revenue streams
- Being responsible for managing a portfolio of properties
To be considered for the role of Senior Branch Manager, you must have the following attributes:
- Highly motivated with a desire to work in a busy marketplace
- Extremely target driven
- Experience in listing properties
- Confidence with great communication skills
- A drive to develop and succeed
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08:45 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday 8:45 am – 5:00 pm.
Salary/Package:
- £35,000 - £50,000 basic salary
- £50,000 - £80,000 OTE
- A full training programme for the computer software and sales process
