Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agent is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Branch Manager to join their expanding team in Gloucester.

Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- 2-3 years Letting’s experience
- Experience dealing with a larger team
- Confident, sociable, and outgoing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
Key tasks of a Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Covering the Branch Manager in their absence
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Carrying out valuations
- Help day to day running of the office
- Assisting the Branch Manager when needed
In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Branch Manager:
- £23,000 - £24,000 basic
- £33,000 - £35,000 OTE
- Career progression
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30am – 12.30pm
