Our clients, a well established and award-winning Architectural and Interior Design firm, are recruiting for a Senior Project Architect to join their team in Richmond Upon Thames. They specialise in residential and commercial projects that have produced a number of award-winning designs. Their projects are based in the UK as well as in Europe and Overseas.
As a Senior Project Architect your role will involve:
- Working on residential and commercial projects of at least £1m
- Working on your own projects as well as potentially overseeing parts of a team of larger schemes
- Working with a number of projects from inception to completion
- Liaising with UK building regulators and planners
- Construction detailing and production of construction NBS specifications
- Working on Vectorworks (2D and 3D)
- Running of projects and site assistance on residential and mixed-use projects
To be considered for the Senior Project Architect role you must have:
- Previous recent experience in this role is essential
- RIBA part 2 or 3 qualified
- Minimum of 5 years of UK practice experience
- Experience with Vectorworks (2D/3D), SketchUp, adobe creative suite, MS office and rhino
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
- Experience in project financial management and budgeting
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Start time around 9 am.
- Flexible work pattern
Our client is offering the successful Senior Project Architect:
- Salary up to £55,000 depending on the level of experience
