Our client., a successful and respected independent estate agency, is currently seeking an experienced property professional to join their team in the Thetford area as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the ability to successfully negotiate offers, has a dynamic personality and can provide great customer service.
Key duties include, but will not be limited to:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Sales Progression
- Canvassing for new business
- Convert valuation opportunities to instructions
- Greeting customers and clients in the office
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- General Administration duties
To be considered for the role of Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator you must have the following attributes:
- Team player
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Lettings experience beneficial
- Clean UK driving licence & own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency
In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator the following:
- £18,000 - £20,000 Basic
- On target earnings £25,000- £30,000
