Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer for their busy Estate Agency in St Austell and will consider applicants with a strong sales background. This role would suit someone who has been looking to get into the Property Industry from a car sales/commission-based sales role.
Duties included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer include but will not be limited to:
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties for sale
- Generate new business by canvassing and chasing leads
- Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Arrange valuations
- Liaise and negotiate with both parties to secure the sale
- General Administration
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer:
- Polished and positive approach
- Willingness to learn and develop a career
- Strong sales experience essential
- Full UK Driving licence and use of a car
Working Hours:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday rota
In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer the following:
- Basic up to £18,000
- Plus bonus
