Our client is a successful estate agency who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their branch in Stoneleigh. They are seeking a professional and hungry Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. The ideal individual must have experience working as a Sales Negotiator and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator, but will not be limited to:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Driving the business forward
  • Business generations i.e. leaflet dropping
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Registering candidates

To be considered for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator you must have:

  • Experience working as a sales negotiator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven and passionate about property
  • Friendly approach
  • Team player
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • A driving license and own car

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • (1 in 2 with a day off in lieu)

Salary/Package:

  • Basic £22,000 - £23,000
  • OTE  £30,000 - £35,000
  • Car mileage
  • Progression opportunities
