Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agent are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team based in Liskeard.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Previous Sales Negotiator experience
- Excellent Telephone and Communication Skills
- Computer Literate
- Dedicated to delivering unprecedented levels of Customer Service
- Good Time Management
- Full UK drivers license and own transport
Key tasks of a Senior Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Book, create & conduct viewings with potential clients
- Arrange window display/mail shots
- Data input onto in-house database
- Organise diary/valuations/appointments/take messages
- Match clients to properties
- Follow-up viewings
- Provide feedback
- Negotiating/Closing Sales
In return, our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Circa £21,000
- Career progression
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8.45am – 1pm
