Our clients a well-respected and thriving Estate Agency who are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in their brilliant Branch in Rochdale.

They are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry and is extremely driven. In return, you will have support throughout with great earning potential.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • One in 3 or every other Saturday

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • An attractive Basic of £25,000
  • OTE up to £35,000

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator you must have:

  • Previous Sales Negotiator experience
  • Passion for the industry
  • The Ability To Build Rapport
  • Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
  • Ability to work to targets with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Reliable
  • Motivated and driven
  • Highly organised
  • Personable

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

  • Overseeing Negotiators
  • Working alongside the Director
  • Advising and helping the vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
  • Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field.
  • Work closely with your team.
  • Look after stock of properties
  • Viewings occasionally
  • Help mentor new members of staff
