The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will involve:
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Driving the business forward

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will have:
- Experience working as a sales negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach

- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving license
In return, our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer the following:
- Basic salary of up to £22,000
- Realistic OTE between £36,000-£38,000
- Car allowance or company car
- Ongoing training and support
