Our client is a successful estate agency that is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their branch in Braintree. The ideal individual must have experience in listing properties and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our client focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst maximising profits and sales, therefore, the successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer must have a proven track record of being a top sales negotiator.

The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will involve:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Arrange and attend viewings

  • Basic salary of up to £22,000
  • Realistic OTE between £36,000-£38,000
