Our client an established, independent, busy estate agency located in Bedford our seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Valuer.
They’re ideally looking for someone who is currently a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, however, would consider those with extensive experience as a Sales Negotiator looking for the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established property company that is looking to add to its team due to continued business success and growth!
Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer:
- Registering applicants and arranging viewings.
- Conducting viewings.
- Generate valuations through canvassing.
- Attend valuations.
- Negotiating offers for sale.
Requirements of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Full UK Driving License.
- Polite and professional approach.
- Reliable.
- Must live local to Bedford.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target driven and dynamic
Salary/Package:
- Basic £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
- OTE £30,000 - £35,000
- Car Allowance/Company Car
- Progression to management
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday (Rota Basis 1 in 2) 9:00 AM -3:00 PM
