Our clients are a successful civil and structural engineering consulting firm established in London. They work in a diverse range of sectors including civil engineering, leisure, residential, refurbishments and more. They are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team.
As a Senior Structural Engineer your role will involve:
- Working on both permanent works and temporary works projects
- Manage junior engineers and work as the main contact to the director within the firm
- Structural surveys mainly in the London and county areas but will include occasional further travel within other cities and areas of the UK
- Signing off structural calculations, drawings, structural reports, and feasibility reports for junior members of staff
- Liaising with clients which include architects, developers, contractors, property funds, housing associations and property management companies
To be considered for the Senior Structural Engineer role you must have:
- Over 5 years of experience
- Previous Experience of Tekla, Tedds and SCIA Engineer
- Permanent works experience including concrete, timber, masonry and steel experience essential
- Subsidence surveys experience ideal
- IStructE accreditation would be ideal but also dependent on experience
- Full driving licence and own car required
Working hours:
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll be required to work full-time hours.
Our client is offering the successful Senior Structural Engineer
- £40,000 -£50,000 Basic Salary DOE
