My client a leading independent firm of property specialists operating in Scotland and the North of England. The Company provides services in residential and new home sales, letting and property management, land, development and residential investment, consultancy and research. They are seeking a Short Term Lets Assistant to add to their successful team based in Edinburgh.
You will provide administrative support to our rapidly growing subsidiary, Edinburgh Festival Rentals Limited, which deals with the booking and management of a portfolio of properties available for short term let throughout the year. Working closely with the Associate Director you will assist them in growing the portfolio while at all times delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues in our other private client teams and ensure that our processes are constantly being improved to further the integration of our long-term and short-term management businesses. In addition, you will carry out general administrative tasks as required in order to provide the best possible support service to the department as a whole.
- Full, clean driving licence
- Detailed knowledge of the PRS and/or Short Lets Market
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong administration skills
- Customer focused
- MARLA, NFOPP or CIH Qualifications (Not essential, but preferred)
- Effective under pressure
- Working Collaboratively
- Conflict resolution
- Effective communicator
In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 (Depending on experience), plus other company benefits and progression opportunities.
