A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen to join their team as a Regional Manager covering Wales and Southern England, which will include East Anglia and London

Working hours:

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)
  • This is a remote role, with occasional site visits.

Our client is offering the successful Regional Surveying Manager:

  • Basic salary of £70,000

Regional Surveying Manager requirements:

  • Minimum MRICS qualified
  • UK driving license
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Residential Surveying
  • Previous staff management (essential)

The role of Regional Surveying Manager will involve, BUT not be limited to:

  • Manage and support a high volume of surveyors across the region you are responsible for, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain professional and technical excellence.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Undertake site visits and provide professional support to surveyors when required.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to surveyors, including answering technical queries and offering professional advice where required.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.
