Working hours:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- This is a remote role, with occasional site visits.
Our client is offering the successful Regional Surveying Manager:
- Basic salary of £70,000
- Bonus scheme

Regional Surveying Manager requirements:
- Minimum MRICS qualified
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Residential Surveying
- Previous staff management (essential)
The role of Regional Surveying Manager will involve, BUT not be limited to:
- Manage and support a high volume of surveyors across the region you are responsible for, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain professional and technical excellence.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement through regular feedback and coaching.
- Undertake site visits and provide professional support to surveyors when required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to surveyors, including answering technical queries and offering professional advice where required.
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality procedures.
