Our client is a well-established, independent and growing firm of property professionals. They are currently recruiting for a home-based Structural Defect Surveyor/Engineer/Loss Adjuster to be based in the West Midlands region, or potentially in Oxfordshire.
As a Structural Defect Surveyor/Engineer/Loss Adjuster your role will involve:
- Carrying out structural defect analysis surveys across a wide range of residential projects
- Opportunities to get involved in commercial work
- Investigations of building defects such as subsidence, cracking, roofing and chimney defects
- Structural inspections
- Working independently
- Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
To be considered for the Structural Defect Surveyor/Engineer/Loss Adjuster role you must have:
- At least 5 years experience in preparing defect reports for all types of residential properties
- A recognised Engineering or surveying degree
- Experience of a wide range of structural and building defects
- Experience in preparing and presenting technically robust reports
Working hours:
As a Structural Defect Surveyor/Engineer/Loss Adjuster you’ll be required to work full time but the hours are flexible. My client is offering flexibility to design a package to meet your needs. The exact patch will be tailored to the candidate’s home location.
Our client is offering the successful Structural Defect Surveyor/Engineer/Loss Adjuster:
- £40,000 - £50,000 depending on relevant experience
