Our client, a specialist in Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers, is currently recruiting a Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Norwich. They have a highly experienced team of Engineers and Design Specialists who work very closely with their clients. They liaise with Architects and Developers to provide a high specification of Engineering solutions.
My client is interested in any Graduate students who have been studying this at University, with at least 3 years of experience.
The successful Structural Engineer will be offered:
- £35,000 - £40,000 depending on relevant experience
- Mileage allowance for business trips.

Working hours:
As a Structural Engineer, you’ll be required to work Monday – Friday full time 37.5 hours a week. My client offers a flexible working pattern and the possibility of hybrid working.
To be considered for the Structural Engineer role you must have experience with:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Civils 3D
- AutoCAD LT
- Tekla structures
- Microdrainage WinDes
- SCIA Engineer preferable
- Xpsite 3D
As a Structural Engineer, your role will involve the following:
- Assisting the Directors and CAD Engineering Manager
- Undertake site inspections, testing and investigations
- Preparation of engineering drawings using CAD
- Design work
- Site surveys and insitu testing
- Site supervision
- Liaising with Architects, clients and design team members
