A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client a successful independent estate agency based in Nottingham that is looking for a driven and enthusiastic, Trainee Lettings Property Manager to join their team.

As a Trainee Lettings Property Manager:
- Registering applicants
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Securing offers for prospective tenancies
- Conducting inspections
- Organise maintenance and repairs
- Deal with contractors on a daily basis
To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Property Manager role you must have:
- Previous experience working within a Sales environment
- The full UK driving licence and own car
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player with an individual flair
- Good time management and organisational skills
Working hours:
As a Trainee Lettings Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday - Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am-3 pm
Our client is offering the successful Trainee Lettings Property Manager:
- £18,000-£21,000 basic
- OTE of £30,000 (Uncapped)
- Ongoing training & support
