Our client is a successful independent agency that is expanding its Strood team due to continued business success and growth.
Ideally, they are looking for an individual who has transferable skills that can be applied within an estate agency such as a strong sales or customer service background. To be considered it's essential to have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is a must.
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator your role with involve:
- Registering applicants and greeting customers
- Negotiating sales
- Conduct viewings with potential tenants and vendors
- Canvassing to generate new business
- Generate and arrange valuations
- Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
To be considered for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Willingness to learn and develop a career
- Proactive and positive approach
- Excellent customer service
- Polite telephone manner
- A years’ experience working as a sales negotiator (preferred but not essential)
- Local Knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving license and use of own vehicle
Working hours:
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator you will be required to work 8:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturday and 9:00am-4:00pm Sunday, working a 5 day rota one day off during week and one at weekend.
Our client is offering the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- £13,000 - £14,000 Basic (Depending on Experience),
- £22,000 - £24,000 OTE
- £1,200 Car Allowance (Per Annum)
