Our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agent looking for a hungry, driven individual to join their close-knit team as a Valuer in Worksop.
The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Property Listing
- Expert local knowledge
- Highly driven and motivated
- Well presented with a confident manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
- Generate valuation leads
- Attend valuations
- Win new instructions
In return, our clients are offering the successful Valuer:
- £20,000 - £25,000 basic DOE
- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
