Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Valuer to join their team in North East London.
To be considered for this position you must have previous Valuation experience.
They are offering the successful Valuer the following salary:
- £23,000 Basic
- £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Car Allowance
- Private healthcare
- Career Progression
Working days for a Valuer:
Requirements for the role of a Valuer:
- Experience in conducting valuations
- A driven individual
- A strong track record in the industry
- Offer excellent customer service
- Has the ability to close for business.
Key duties of a Valuer include, but will not be limited to:
- Conducting Valuations
- Providing market value
- Selling the services of our clients
- Closing for business
- Gaining Instructions
