Before entering the world of recruitment, I completed a degree focused on human development and behaviour, with a particular interest in psychoanalysis. This has always fascinated me and continues to shape how I connect with others and build strong relationships.

Alongside my studies, I gained valuable experience in customer-facing roles, developing excellent communication skills and genuine empathy.

With a family member working in a similar industry, I became increasingly aware of its dynamic and people-centred nature, something that really appealed to me. Since joining GCB, I’ve enjoyed learning the ropes and growing my confidence in the industry.

When I’m not at work, I’m probably watching my 100th true crime documentary of the week! I also enjoy travelling whenever I can.
