Our rates are simple, and nothing is hidden from you. Firstly, unlike other companies in our line of work we won't charge you a penny unless we place an individual within your business.

We all know that the unforeseen can happen and recruitment is no different. So, if your placement doesn’t perform for any reason we have you covered. From day one we have a rebate structure in place to protect you in the unlikely event of an individual leaving your employment.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Initial fact-finding consultation – An in-depth discussion with a consultant finding out what you're looking for in your next hire, including experience, responsibilities and skills required. 

Proposal and sign off – Agreeing acceptable terms of business including our rebate structure and payment period.

Advertising of job role – Writing a descriptive job advert on your behalf. Advertising it across our extensive local and national advertising network and internal database of pre-qualified and registered job seekers

Candidate pre-interview – Saving you time by interviewing and vetting all candidates for suitability and ensuring they're right for your business

Initial interviewing – Liaising with your chosen job seekers, arranging and confirming schedules including time and location

Feedback from both parties – Proving honest feedback and exploring next steps regarding our candidates’ interest

Full engagement support – Assisting with offer details, negotiating on your behalf, completing contracts and arranging your new employees' start date
