Our client, a successful and respected independent Estate Agency are looking for a full time Administrator/Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Bury St Edmunds.

The role will involve:

  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • General Administration duties
  • Booking in market appraisals
  • Sales Progression
  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Arrange and attend viewings

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year experience within Estate Agency
  • Hard working attitude
  • Ambitious
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence

In return, our client can offer:

Basic salary of up to £17,000 basic plus OTE £20,000 - £25,000
