Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, are looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer to join their new office in Morden, London.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well respected and established company who are continuing to grow. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships with new clients. Additionally, ensure that all of our vendors are provided with a first class service. You will have the opportunity to progress in a fast-paced environment and be accordingly rewarded.

Key responsibilities:

  • Able to support and stand in for Branch Manager in his absence
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Value and list properties
  • Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face.

To be considered for the role of Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer you must have the following:

  • Previous valuation experience essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven and dynamic
  • Full UK driving license

Salary/Package: £25,000-£30,000 DOE. Basic, £50,000 - £70,000 OTE, car allowance + other company benefits.

Hours: (Full time) Monday to Thursday 09:00-7:00pm, Friday 09:00-6:00pm plus Saturdays 09:00-4:00 (Day off given in the week).
