Our clients, a large and expanding Property Company in the Manchester area, are currenhtly seeking an internal recruiter consultant to help with their growth.

The position will require an organised and driven individual with strong customer service skills. Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is essential to be considered for the role.

Key tasks inlcude, but will not be limited to:

  • Finding and headhunting candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
  • Working with internal and external stake holders to fulfil the recruitment needs
  • Reviewing and updating job advertisements
  • Sourcing key areas to advertise
  • Uploading and placing advertisement to job boards and other portals
  • Reviewing candidate CV's and shortlisting accordingly
  • Conducting short telephone interviews to short list potential candidates
  • Organise interviews on behalf of the managers and collating interview feedback
  • Providing feedback to the candidates
  • Overall administration of the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Updating the recruitment tracker

In return, our clients are offering:

  • Generous basic salary of up to £25,000
  • Commission and bonuses taking the on target earnings to £30,000 - £35,000
