My client, an independent hybrid estate agency, covering the North East, are looking to expand the service offered to customers. They are seeking driven, confident, Personal Assistant to join their team based in North Shields.

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be polite, efficient and have superb attention to detail. They should be I.T literate, articulate and be able to demonstrate a stable career history. You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience within the property industry (preferably) within an Administrative, Secretarial or Personal Assistant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Directors with general administrative duties including: completing expense reports.
  • Basic bookkeeping, composing and preparing correspondence (sometimes confidential).
  • Assisting with writing, preparation and presentation of documents, writing of reports and arranging samples for meetings as required.
  • Arranging and booking meetings and events for the Director.
  • Understanding and contributing to Corporate Social Media activity, regularly posting to accounts and updating the website.
  • Providing support and assistance with phone calls and emails.
  • Arranging property viewings and dealing with the sales process of those properties alongside solicitors, Estate Agents and purchasers.
  • Managing the scheduling of materials to site alongside site managers.
  • Arranging viewing appointments, purchasing and processing sales or finance agreements.

Requirements:

  • Previous PA experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Proof reading experience.
  • Confident & driven
  • Good time keeping/diary management
  • Exceptional organisation with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient with Microsoft programmes

Salary:

In return my client if offering a basic salary of £17,000 - £18,000, along with progression opportunities.

Workings Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (must be flexible).
