Our clients, an independent estate agency, are currently seeking an ambitious and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in the Bury St. Edmunds area.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have Property Management experience

Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Matching ideal tenants to each property
  • Conducting viewings when needed
  • Managing a busy diary.
  • Completing registration and reference paperwork.
  • Negotiating and completing lets.
  • Organise maintenance and repairs.
  • Deal with contractors daily
  • Valuing properties

To be considered for the role of Lettings Negotiator you must have the following requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the Lettings industry
  • Experience in property management
  • Career minded approach
  • Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
  • Customer focused - believe in proving a good customer service at all times
  • Natural interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skill; both written and verbal

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am-5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm

In return, our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • £20,000 - £22,000 basic salary
  • OTE of up to £25,000 (uncapped)
