My client, a well-respected Estate Agent is currently looking for an experienced Lettings Trainer to join their team in Solihull.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You must be ARLA qualified
- Previous experience in an Estate Agency is essential
- Strong experience with working in a Lettings environment
- Training experience would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong managerial skills
- The ability to hit targets
- Identifying the needs for the development of the individual team member and delivering the relevant training to the lettings team
- The maintenance of training manuals and modules
- Ensuring training is up to date
- Ensuring the current regulations remain compliant
In return, my client can offer a competitive salary of £30,000 plus extra bonus. There will occasionally be a need to travel to a different office for any training needs.
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, group pension scheme.
