A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time or Part Time Office Administrator within our clients well respected Estate Agency in Ipswich, working within their new homes division.

The role will require a professional and accomplished individual with the ability to support the Office Manager and sales team within a busy and fast paced environment.

Key tasks include:

  • Ensuring sales particulars are uploaded on property portals including Rightmove
  • Updating Window cards and price lists
  • Preparing and sending memorandum of sales
  • Dealing with Rightmove enquiries
  • Sales Progression

The role will be office based with working hours of Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.45pm.

Our clients will consider someone with a background in either residential property or new homes, in return offering a basic salary of £25,000 per annum (pro rata for 3 days per week).

Pension and Healthcare after successful completion of probation.
