My client, a successful and well-respected independent estate agency is looking for an Office Administrator in South East London.
As an Office Administrator you provide the Lettings and Sales team with administrative support. To succeed in this role you will ideally have an estate agency background and you will be able to effectively manage your own workload.
- Varied duties working within the Lettings & Sales team
- Dealing with phone enquiries
- Booking viewings
- Uploading property details
- Managing databases
- Window displays
- Putting together brochures
- Confident telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and competent use of the Internet/emails.
- Knowledge of CFP property package would be beneficial.
- Must be a good team player
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.45am - 6.00pm,
Salary: £22,000 per annuum + bonus
