My client, a successful and well-respected online estate agency is looking for an Office Manager in Croydon.
As an Office Manager you will provide support to three Executive members with administrative support. To succeed in this role you will ideally have an estate agency background and you will be able to effectively manage your own workload.
- Diary management for the Executive Team
- Preparing and clearing all meeting rooms before and after all meetings
- Answering the phone, filtering calls, passing messages, arranging couriers
- Coordinate Health & Safety activities
- Arranging office events, meetings and conferences
- Managing the office keys and security cards
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills
- Secretarial skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Experience using Expert Agent software desirable
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
£26,000 - £28,000 DOE
