My client, an Independent Surveying Practice, is currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team. They are looking for additional surveyors to carry out bank & building society valuations.

This is a consultancy-based position; where my client can supply the work and you decide how many hours you want to work and when. So, this role would be ideal for a surveyor looking for a change of direction out of the corporate world into a more flexible working life or someone who is semi-retired.

To be considered for this role you must:

Be FRICS/MRICS or ASSOC RICS
A registered valuer
