Our client a reputable and well known independent estate agency is looking for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator in West Byfleet.
The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills and previous experience working within the property industry.
Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Working as a PA for the business owner
- General administration
- Some viewings
- Sales Progression (Subject to experience)
- ID Checks
- Accounts and purchasing
- Ensuring the business is compliant
- Provide the Sales team with admin support
- Creating and maintaining all marketing
To be considered for the role of Sales Administrator you must have the following requirements:
- Excellent administration skills
- Previous experience working within the property industry
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Locally based to the office
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
In return, our client is offering:
- £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
