Our clients, a well-established Estate Agency in Portsmouth, are seeking a driven and professional Sales Manager to help expand and grow the business. Our client would also consider a self employed option with a 50/50 split of any commission after costs.
As generating new business is an important part of the Sales Manager's role, the successful individual must have a proven track record of winning new business and be an accomplished sales valuer.
- Maximising income and profit
- Achieve the best fees possible
- Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
- Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- Follow up business leads
- Carry out sales valuations and viewings
- Manage the sales department, office and staff
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous track record of winning sales instructions.
- Previous managerial experience
- Proactive and positive approach to business generation.
- Previous valuations experience essential
- Results driven individual, hardworking and focused
- Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
- Ideally 3 years experience in Estate Agency
Salary: £30,000 basic + £40,000 OTE plus car allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:55am - 6:00pm with alternate Saturdays 9:55am - 4pm with a day off in the week.
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
