Our clients, an independent Estate Agency based in Weston-Super-Mare, is currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join their team.
Our clients are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of winning new business. As well as, an accomplished Sales Valuer/Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking for that next step up into a management role.
Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist in the day to day running of the branch
- Maximising income and profit
- Achieve the best fees possible
- Successful list a targeted number of properties
- Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
- Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
- Follow up business leads
To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you must have the following attributes:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous track record of winning sales instructions.
- Previous managerial experience
- Proactive and positive approach to business generation.
- Previous valuations experience essential
- Results driven individual, hardworking and focused
- Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
- Motivated to exceed targets
- Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
As a Sales Manager you'll be required to work 5 days a week including some Saturdays.
- £20,000 - £24,000 basic, depending on level of experience plus commission.
