This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business in the property industry. The company specialises in buying and selling properties in a quick timescale.

The role will work specifically on the estate agency side of business but there will be some cross over in the role with our clients property buying company so being able to work well within a team is important.

They are specifically looking for a proactive, bright, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who have a relatively good understanding of property, ideally with an estate agency / property related background. An estate agent with experience in property sales / property valuation background would be of particular interest.

The role is specifically property sales, speaking to homeowners who are keen to sell and dealing with new enquiries through to completion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Front of house duties
  • Providing vendors with viewing feedback
  • Liaising with buyers and sellers
  • Generating valuations, viewings, conveyancing
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Property phone outs

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm (every other weekend).

In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary of £16,000 – £18,000 with a very lucrative commission structure, offering on target earnings of £30,000 and the potential for progression opportunities in the future.
