A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who is currently seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join their friendly team in the Norwich area.
Our client is focused on growing the business and are seeking a pro-active person who can assist them with gaining instructions. Therefore, ideally this role would suit an individual with a couple of years' experience as a Valuer/Lister with a successful proven track record.
Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Conducting valuations
- Winning new instructions
- Canvassing for new valuation leads
- Seeking new business opportunities
To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer you must have the following:
- Minimum 2 years Estate Agency experience
- Valuation experience essential
- Highly motivated & pro-active attitude
- Well presented & confident manner
- UK driving licence.
In return our client can offer:
- Basic Salary £22,000- £25,000 DOE
- Guarantee for the first few months
- Realistic on target earnings of up to £50,000
- Company Car
