Our client is one of the leading Estate Agency groups in the UK. They are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join their friendly team to help with continued business growth.
The successful candidate must have good valuing experience with a successful proven track record.
The role will involve:
- Conducting valuations
- Winning new instructions
- Canvassing for new valuation leads
- Seeking new business opportunities
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years Estate Agency experience
- Valuation experience essential
- Highly motivated & pro-active attitude
- Well presented & confident manner
- UK driving licence
In return our client can offer:
- Basic Salary £18,000- £22,000 DOE
- Realistic on target earnings £40,000- £50,000
- Company Car
