Key responsibilities for the Area Director position:
- Lead, grow and develop a high-performing remote team across Essex
- Drive revenue, instructions, and overall regional performance
- Recruit, onboard and develop top-performing talent
- Coach, support, and manage performance to consistently high standards
- Build strong local relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance (AML, GDPR)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership experience within estate agency
- Commercially focused, results-driven mindset
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop teams
- Experience in hybrid/self-employed or modern agency models would be ideal, but not essential
- Confident working remotely with autonomy and accountability
- Strong communicator who leads from the front
The successful Area Director will be offered:
- Market-leading salary of up to £55,000
- OTE of up to £95,000 per annum
