Due to continued growth and expansion, our client, who is a highly regarded and forward-thinking estate agency, is seeking a Lettings Area Director to oversee operations across North London.

The successful Lettings Area Director will be offered:
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000
- £120,000 OTE
- Guarantee period in place (£3,500)
- Company car or car allowance
- Fantastic market-leading bonus scheme in place
- Uncapped commission structure in place
As a Lettings Area Director, your duties will be to:
- Lead and support the branch team, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment and encouraging strong individual and collective performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service, building trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community through clear and professional communication.
- Develop and implement effective business plans, ensuring the branch meets its goals while managing high‑volume, time‑sensitive workloads efficiently.
- Monitor local market activity, assessing competitor performance and using insights to inform branch strategy and decision‑making.
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation, maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Utilise strong operational and technical skills, including confident use of IT systems, a professional telephone manner, and a full UK manual driving licence to support day‑to‑day operations.

- Confident, positive, and diplomatic leadership, supported by experience managing multiple lettings branches.
- A solid and up‑to‑date understanding of current lettings legislation.
- The skills to guide, support, and motivate your team, encouraging strong performance and smooth daily operations.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A practical, analytical, and solutions‑focused approach, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
- A strong track record of achieving KPIs, along with the ability to recruit and develop great people.
