Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team in Halesworth.
The successful Assistant Branch Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary £24,000-£27,000
- Realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped)
- Full support from the Directors

- 5-day working week
Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving license and own car
The role of an Assistant Branch Manager will involve:
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Assisting with Valuations
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Cross-selling
- Assist in managing the team
- Driving the business forward
- Provide excellent customer service
