As an Assistant Branch Manager, your duties will be:

  • Acting as a key support to multiple branches, stepping in to drive performance and consistency across sales teams
  • Building strong local market knowledge in a variety of Essex-based locations
  • Leading by example in generating valuations, winning new business, and handling negotiations
  • Managing day-to-day operations alongside senior managers, ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Supporting and motivating team members to hit targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with mortgage advisors and lettings teams to maximise business opportunities

To be considered for the Assistant Branch Manager role, you must have:

  • A confident, target-driven individual with a solid background in property sales
  • Experience conducting market appraisals and converting instructions
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable rotating between branches and markets
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Full UK driving licence essential
