You’ll play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager, working closely with the team, and getting involved across the full sales process, from winning instructions through to negotiating offers.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your duties will include:
- Successfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Attend valuations and win new instructions
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Cross-sell services where appropriate
- Support sales progression as required
- Assist in the day-to-day management and motivation of the team
- Play an active role in driving business growth and performance
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Driven, motivated, and passionate about property
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
