Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their branch that is based in the Romford area. The ideal individual must have experience listing properties on the market.
The successful Assistant Branch Manager will be offered:
- Basic salary will be DOE
- Realistic OTE of up to £50,000!

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
- Experience working as a Valuer or Manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven and passionate about property
- Friendly approach
- Team player
- Must be highly self-motivated
- A driving license
The Assistant Branch Manager's key tasks will include:
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Conducting Valuations
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Cross-selling
- Sales Progression
- Assist in managing the team
- Driving the business forward
- Provide excellent customer service
