Branch Manager - Sheffield

Our clients, leading Estate Agents, are seeking a  Branch Manager to join their team in Sheffield

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Encourage your team's development and progression
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Valuer or in a Branch Management position
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to drive and lead a team

Working hours:

  • As a Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work full time

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager

  • £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • OTE £40,000
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • A Company Car, or a monthly Car Allowance
  • Enrolment in a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management
