Our clients, leading Estate Agents, are seeking a Branch Manager to join their team in Sheffield
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Encourage your team's development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Valuer or in a Branch Management position
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to drive and lead a team
Working hours:
- As a Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work full time
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager
- £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- OTE £40,000
- Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
- Uncapped commission scheme
- A Company Car, or a monthly Car Allowance
- Enrolment in a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management
