Seeking a strong Branch Manager who has the experience and a proven track record in new business in both Sales & Lettings.
In this role as Branch Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating and conducting market appraisals
- Winning instructions
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Managing a team
- Ensuring office targets are being met and exceeded
- Close deals
Requirements for the Branch Manager role include:
- Experience in both sales and lettings
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Excellent People Management
- Must be a strong market share winner
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in managing a team is essential
- Motivator of people
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Full UK Driving License required and own car
Working Days:
- Monday-Friday
- Alternate Saturdays.
- A day off in lieu of every Saturday you work.
Our client can offer the successful Branch Manager:
- Basic Salary of up to £30,000
- Realistic OTE is between £50,000-£60,000 (uncapped)
- Full support from the Director
- 5-day working week
